Hotel Amenity Bags Wholesale: Sourcing for Hospitality & Resorts
Published: 2026-08-26 | 10 min read
Hotels and resorts need a steady stream of amenity bags - vanity kits, laundry bags, slipper pouches, and branded welcome totes. For hospitality procurement the priorities are consistent branding, hygiene packaging, and reliable replenishment. This guide covers formats, branding, and how to source hotel amenity bags from China.
Amenity Bag Formats
Vanity and toiletry kits, laundry and shoe bags, and welcome totes cover most hospitality needs. They overlap with corporate gift and promotional programs.
Hygiene and Packaging
- Sealed packs. Individually wrapped vanity kits read as hygienic.
- Wipe-clean. Laundry and shoe bags need easy-clean linings.
- Reusable angle. See reusable bags for eco amenity programs.
Branding for Hospitality
Add the property logo and colour via custom logo bags. Consistency across the kit builds brand recall at low cost.
MOQ and Replenishment
Amenity programs run on recurring volume; align MOQ with occupancy and reorder monthly. Pilot a kit, then lock the spec.
Your First Hotel Order
- Define the kit (vanity, laundry, welcome tote).
- Specify hygiene packaging and material.
- Add property branding via custom logo.
- Pilot a batch, confirm guest feedback, then set monthly replenishment.

Buyer's decision brief: Hotel amenity bags wholesale
Whenever you evaluate Hotel amenity bags wholesale, the decision ultimately rests on four measurable things: unit landed cost, minimum order, lead time, and how consistently the factory can repeat the order. Buyers who optimise only for the first of these tend to lose money on the other three. Getting all four in writing before a deposit — including the inspection standard — removes most of the risk in a first order.
The most reliable way to de-risk Hotel amenity bags wholesale is to test before committing. Order samples from two suppliers, compare them on stitch density, edge finishing, hardware plating and lining accuracy, and run a small first order before scaling. The factories that welcome this process are almost always the ones worth building a range with.
